The Website is operated by Yellomind FZ-LLC (or equivalent legal entity, “Yellomind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Website and Services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.

2. Services Offered

Yellomind offers two primary categories of services:

2.1. Consulting Services

These services involve professional advice, project management, and strategic guidance delivered through direct engagement with our consultants. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for Consulting Services will be governed by a separate, mutually executed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict, the SOW shall prevail over these Terms.

2.2. Online Courses and Digital Products

These include access to online training courses, digital downloads, and educational materials (“Course Materials”) purchased through the Website. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is subject to the restrictions in Section 4.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Yellomind Content

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of Yellomind or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

3.2. Restrictions on Use

You are expressly restricted from:

  • Selling, sublicensing, renting, or otherwise commercializing any Website or Course Material content.
  • Sharing your course login credentials with any other person or entity.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Course Materials without prior written consent from Yellomind.
  • Using the Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to the Website or Yellomind.

4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds (Online Courses)

4.1. Pricing and Payment

All prices for Online Courses and Digital Products are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the methods specified on the Website.

4.2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, Yellomind offers a limited 7-day money-back guarantee for online courses, provided the user has not completed more than 10% of the course content. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase or if more than 10% of the course has been accessed. Consulting Services are non-refundable once work has commenced as per the signed SOW.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties of any kind. Yellomind does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or complete. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

5.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yellomind, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Website or Services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Assignment

Yellomind may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without notification. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

7.2. Variation of Terms

Yellomind reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review such Terms regularly.

7.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any executed SOWs or Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Yellomind and you in relation to your use of the Website and Services.
